Design and engineering
We attach great importance to the construction of the engineering team and can provide customers with product design, DFM analysis, Mold Flow, product modification and other works. Our mould design team is composed of more than 10 senior mould design elites with over ten years of mould design experience in the factory, and has the design ability to design more than 10 sets of complex moulds at the same time. Time to market is crucial to the success of any project. Our professional team of project managers will execute your project and effectively achieve your goals through coordination, planning and management. All moulds are carefully designed, from product analysis, Mould Flow analysis, to mould assembly drawings and part processing drawings. For each set of moulds, we will organize multiple project review meetings attended by project engineers, designers, mould makers and technical directors to shorten the mould production cycle to the greatest extent.
Be familiar with various design standards including: HASCO, DME, MISUMI, PUNCH and customer-specified standards, etc.
